Award-Winning Box Holds 40ParkLane Confections
Mason Box Company recently won the Excellence Award for Family of Packages at the 56th Annual Competition Awards, given by the National Paperbox Association in Quebec City, Canada. The award honored packaging designed by Carolyn's Gourmet for its new 40ParkLane line. Each year, the Association recognizes excellence and creativity in the packaging, rigid carton, and folding box industries.

According to Carolyn's Gourmet President Hans van Putten, "We wanted packaging for our products that would conjure up images of the gourmet delights and other delectables one might discover while traveling through the small towns and back roads of Europe." To accomplish this, a new brand name, 40ParkLane, was developed. "The idea was to create a keepsake gift box line that would allow our customers to sample the different products we create," he says.

The winning keepsake box collection holds confections such as Belgian Chocolate Bark Dessert Adventure, Edinburgh Shortbread Sunrise Impression, Marrakech Nut Aperitif Ambiance, and London High Tea Toffee Fantasy.
