History of Carolyn's Pecans
It all began in Carolyn Harby Schaefer's small kitchen in Concord, Massachusetts.
Passionate about baking, Carolyn created and roasted batch after batch of her now famous spiced nuts which she shared with friends and neighbors.
Of course, when you've got a recipe as delicious as Carolyn's unique style of spiced pecans, there's no keeping them secret for long! After years of sharing these mouthwatering treats with friends, many urged her to share them with a wider audience. |

As word spread, many loyal fans prevailed upon her to make these crunchy delights year-round. And so it was that in 1991, Carolyn rented a commercial kitchen and founded Carolyn's Pecans Inc.
Calling upon both her professional food production experience and her skill as a confectioner, Carolyn successfully grew the company to what it is today.
Carolyn's has since been acquired by MANTASH International, LLC of the Netherlands who's satelite company 40Parklane is marketing Carolyn's Handmade treats.
